Selling Your Home?

Selling your home can be a stressful process. Keeping your house clean at all times, having to pack up the family and pets for every showing, preparing for open houses and the list goes on. All of this goes on after you have listed! Before listing your home your Realtor should be able to point out things through the buyer's eyes: need to repaint, roof needs repaired, neighborhood concerns, small bedrooms, etc.

When I list your home, I typically do a two step process. The first step is seeing your home if I hadn't already, and also ask you a list of questions about your home and situation. The second step I will come back and give you a suggested list price based on comparables, any recommendations to improve your home and show you your bottom line at different sale prices and concessions. This is crucial so hopefully there aren't any surprises.
