Yes, you can purchase a new home with the listing agent, but is he/she working for you? Is he/she telling the sellers how much you are willing to pay for their home? Typically, a listing agent is always working for the sellers. It is important to find someone who will represent you, negotiate the purchase contract and help you throughout the process of buying a new home.
