In a very competitive market like it is today, when you are selling a home you need expert advice on staging your home and especially how to price your home. There are four things that determine how quickly a house sells: price, condition, location and marketing. All of those things can be fixed except for location for obvious reasons. A professional like me can help you determine how you will price your house and how to market your property. I can also point out issues that potential buyers may spot when walking through your house. I will do a two-step process to find the market value of your property. Some REALTORS® don’t believe that the two step process is important, but I would find it tough to tell a person how much his or her house is worth without seeing it first.
If you are a buyer, I will help you find your home, narrow down what your needs are and have automatic e-mail notification of homes that fit your criteria. I will personally show you all the properties that you are potentially interested in. In doing this, I can point out material defects with the property. I can also help you find a house or pest inspector, lender or insurance agent if you are in need of one.
